These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hpwinn ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hpwinn website located at https://hpwinn.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on hpwinn, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies, guidelines, and rules incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the hpwinn platform.

hpwinn operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving Malaysian players with games in MYR. The platform offers live dealer tables, slots, instant games, and a sportsbook covering events such as the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC. All services are provided in English.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• Account means a registered personal account held by a Player on the hpwinn platform.
• Balance means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Bonus means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or reload incentive offered to Players subject to applicable bonus terms.
• Deposit means any transfer of funds from a Player to their hpwinn Account using an accepted payment method, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, or supported cryptocurrency wallets.
• Game means any casino product, slot, live dealer game, instant game, or sports bet available on the hpwinn platform.
• KYC means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to authenticate a Player's identity before withdrawals are processed.
• Platform means the hpwinn website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at https://hpwinn.cam.
• Wagering Requirement means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to an external payment method registered to the Player.

To register and maintain an active account on hpwinn, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. hpwinn does not permit access by persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted to register as Players.
3. You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an hpwinn employee.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
5. You must not have previously been suspended, banned, or self-excluded from hpwinn or any affiliate platform.
6. You must confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform, and that your participation does not violate any law applicable to you.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account on the hpwinn platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hpwinn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

hpwinn reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the Account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these terms, or in a manner inconsistent with responsible gambling standards.

All deposits and withdrawals on hpwinn are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts the following payment methods: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow instant transfer, and FPX internet banking. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT) are also accepted.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30 (unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion).
• Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallet methods (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow) and within 1–5 minutes for FPX bank transfers.
• hpwinn does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers once KYC is complete.
• hpwinn reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to processing.

hpwinn offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Free bets and free spins expire within the validity period stated on the individual promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• hpwinn reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bets already placed in good faith reliance on a bonus are not retroactively voided solely because of a promotion change.
• If hpwinn determines that a Player is exploiting bonus offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play — the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, related winnings, and close the Account.
• Bonuses claimed by Players who later fail KYC verification will be voided.

All bets placed on the hpwinn platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, instant games, or sportsbook events — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market as displayed within the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are final once confirmed. hpwinn does not accept cancellation or amendment requests after a bet has been placed and accepted.
• hpwinn reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred, provided the error is identified within a reasonable timeframe.
• For sportsbook markets — including English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events — hpwinn follows standard industry settlement rules. Suspended or abandoned markets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport's governing rules.
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply and are displayed within each game or market. hpwinn reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size for any Player at its sole discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. hpwinn does not interfere with or manipulate game results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hpwinn platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing another individual to use your Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the hpwinn platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error are void.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to circumvent any security or verification measure implemented by hpwinn.

hpwinn is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and a self-exclusion programme.

This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of hpwinn.

Game content, including casino titles provided by third-party studios, remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is licensed to hpwinn for display on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hpwinn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

hpwinn's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• hpwinn does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• hpwinn is not liable for any loss arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.
• Gambling involves risk. hpwinn is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through wagering on the platform.

hpwinn reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hpwinn will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

hpwinn may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have breached any provision of this Agreement, if required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority, or if the Company determines that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to other Players, the Company, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter, or its formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which hpwinn operates, to the exclusion of conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent hpwinn from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent breach of this Agreement.
